  Conducts researches on seedling propagation techniques, regeneration of natural forests, reforestations, forest maintenance, taxonomy, morphology, plant physiology and plant sosiology. The division also prepares establisment projects of research nurseries, arboretums, herbariums, and establishes and manages them. There are two technical staff working for this division.
